Operations @ Pet Circle

  • The Operations team plays a crucial part to making sure that customers (human and animals) get the best Pet Circle experience possible. To do this, they’re always switched on when it comes to having attention to detail, clear communication, safety-first attitude and time management.

  • This is a bunch of seriously driven and innovative people. Pet Circle’s ‘Last Mile’ metro delivery fleet dropped delivery times from over 5 days in March 2020 to just 1-2 days in 2022. This earned them second place on The Australian Financial Review’s #mostinnovative2022 Company List in retail, hospitality, tourism and entertainment.

Our Story

The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.

Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
