Customer Success and Implementation
The Implementation and Customer Success teams are made up of people who are naturally curious, communicative, and are excellent at building relationships with customers. They are problem solvers who can pivot and do what they need to to find the best solutions for customers.
They work with every department within Qualtrics — doing everything from collaborating with product teams to prioritize new features to coordinating custom builds with the Professional Services team, with the end goal of deriving more value for clients.
Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
