Qube is Australia’s largest integrated provider of import and export logistics services, with a market capitalisation of around $4.8 billion (as of 30 June 2022) and a workforce of over 8,200 employees. With operations spanning over 160 locations across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, wherever we are, we help to keep communities strong and the wheels of industry turning through our key supply chain infrastructure. Our Operating Division comprises of two business units – Qube Logistics & Infrastructure and Qube Ports & Bulk. We also own a 50% interest in Patrick Terminals with the other 50% owned by Brookfield and its managed funds. Together, we get people what they need, when they need it. The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
