‍About the role

The UNAA - Young Professionals Network is looking for a National Volunteer Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating our national network of 60 volunteers and the development of volunteer engagement initiatives. Given this scope of responsibility, we are ideally looking for somebody with previous administrative experience or strong customer service background. 

It’s bonus if you have experience working with G Suite products and developing engagement strategies and initiatives.

In this role, you’ll: 

• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for all volunteers
• Update and maintain the National Volunteer Register and Organisational Chart on a regular basis
• Lead and coordinate engaging quarterly national volunteer events
• Manage and coordinate projects relating to the development of volunteer engagement initiatives
• Provide accurate reporting relating to volunteer experience and provide recommendations for improvement based on insights
• Attend quarterly Operations Meetings and provide updates relating to volunteer management.
  

Important: This is a voluntary role that spans a 1 year commitment. You need to be able to work an average of 5 hours per a week. 

This role is remote and open to all candidates across Australia.
