About the role

Symetra is looking for a scheduling whiz with exceptional organisational and communication skills. This is a time-sensitive role where you will encounter multiple changes in a day and be required to immediately flex to the needs of your stakeholders. Your primary stakeholders comprise 56 global cohorts of senior leaders (8-20 pax) registered in Symmetra’s programs, the facilitators and coaches of the programs - all of whom are situated in different continents and timezones. Given the global scope of this role, you will be required to work outside of usual office hours as required. 

This is a 12-month contract based in Sydney. Salary is $77,000-88,000 (inclusive of super). 

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Run the day-to-day scheduling of numerous global cohorts of leadership workshops, pre and post work, and coaching sessions by liaising with international stakeholders
  • Be coordinating multiple projects and cohorts at any given time
  • Track and monitor all your actions, stakeholder engagements and agreements in the moment
  • Bring procedure and process to the art of scheduling and project coordination
  • Respond to all customer email and phone enquiries within 24 hours
  • Identify and solve or escalate issues which prevent you from reaching your daily scheduling goals
  • Ideally, identify and make suggestions to streamline and develop external stakeholder connections and relationships for Symmetra.
