As Canva continues on its rapid trajectory of growth, there is now a need for an Assistant Accountant to join the Finance Operations Team to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial information at Canva. This is achieved through timely execution of bookkeeping activities and associated cadences, including the preparation of accounting records and data which feed into the team’s reporting obligations. The role will work closely with the Shared Services Team in Manila to achieve month-end and transactional processing targets and also function to support recurring operational tasks around operational expenses and asset management in Sydney. This role is open to people from around Australia, provided they can relocate to Sydney. For those outside of Australia, Canva will only consider those who already hold work rights. Canva would offer some relocation assistance to the right candidate. The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience.
