About the role

Coffee Parts are looking for a customer centric and results driven person to join the Team! In this role, you'll be responding to and solving inbound customer queries and issues over live chat, email, and phone, with positivity and efficiency and managing store interactions. You’ll be focused on our more complex customer requests including product advice and retention.
