About the role

MadeComfy is a fast-growing and multi-award-winning disrupter of the Real Estate and Hospitality industry, and we're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join the team! In this role you'll be responsible for providing our hosts with an extraordinary onboarding experience.

Day to day this involves

• Working with a collaborative team to understand what's happening on the ground for properties - everything from the housekeeping team to sales
• Speaking with customers to give them updates on the onboarding process (and setting clear expectations)
• Using our guides and checklists to ensure everything is on track
• (and if things aren't on track) following our processes to get properties ready as fast as possible.

You're aiming to get properties ready within 10 days, and will be managing around 40 properties per month.
