From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok. 

We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Executive with a keen interest in digital advertising to join our growing Account Management team in Sydney. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers. 

In this role you’ll:

  • Manage the onboarding of all new self serve customers to the TikTok for Business platform in Australia 
  • Be responsible for the validation process of all new self serve customers
  • Perform initial outreach of all new valid clients to the TikTok for Business platform managing the entire cycle from campaign setup, platform education, to trouble shooting
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximise customer engagement
  • Use scalable tools to remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction 
  • Monitor the performance of client accounts. Communicate with clients to defend revenue and discover new growth opportunities
  • Partner with Account Mangers to identify key growth clients and support their efforts in maintaining and growing the partnership and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal resources (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance AM work efficiency.
