About the role

BizCover is passionate about helping small businesses find the right insurance cover fit for their business and our sales department is directly responsible for making that happen. Our Sales Consultants follow up warm leads, which are organically sourced from our website, from customers who have started the process of getting an insurance quote online.

We look for Sales Consultants who are eager to learn, driven and above all empathetic, so that they can give our customers an amazing experience to keep them coming back! As a Business Insurance Sales Consultant, the main priority is to ensure a high-quality outcome to customers who contact BizCover, with a focus on sales conversion. Consultants follow up leads in form of inbound and outbound enquiries. Using the knowledge of BizCover’s Insurance products, consultants are responsible for ensuring customers are purchasing the right business cover. They strive to maintain a high standard of communication and customer engagement.

Day to day you'll:

  • Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly sales KPI which includes number of sales, conversion, productivity & adherence, customer feedback scores and QA metrics
  • Perform call backs where required to customers within agreed time frames.
  • Ensure that a high level of product, industry, process and systems knowledge is maintained at all times
  • Up sell and cross sell to existing BizCover customers through quality needs discovery-based conversations
  • Provide all BizCover customers with an exemplary experience in all their dealings with you as a Sales Consultant.
