Internal communications is a critical function within our Marketing team at THE ICONIC, driving clear, impactful and engaging communication solutions that support our organisational capability and Iconite engagement. This role will partner with our Internal Communications Manager and stakeholders across the business, to bring together our organisational purpose, employee experience and ICONIC Playbook into a holistic internal communication strategy. It will assist in shaping the language, tone and delivery of internal communications and deliver engaging, people-focused and culture-driven initiatives, events and community partnerships.

  • I design, write and deliver digital and face-to-face content, sessions and activations
  • I innovate with exciting, engaging and human-centred internal campaigns
  • I partner with relevant stakeholders to develop internal branding tools and guidelines
  • I am a brand ambassador, supporting and educating our teams on internal communications and content design
  • I build strong, trust-based relationships with my stakeholders to support their communications
  • I manage and drive engagement with our internal communications platform
  • I contribute to employee engagement by supporting understanding and clarity of organisational initiatives
  • I stay ahead of the curve with progressive approaches to internal communications, content writing and design
  • I look for the most valuable opportunities to connect our people through community partnerships
