Our Growth & Business Development function is a brand new business unit for us at THE ICONIC.Focusing on our continued business growth and scale, we’ve identified a need to focus our efforts andresources on the identification of initiatives that will set us up for success as we enter a new phase ofbusiness maturity. Focusing not only on new business opportunities but also on improvingcross-functional processes within our existing business, our expertise covers transformation, businessacumen and commercial strategy development.

We are currently embarking on an exciting journey to define our future on the way where and how weoperate. This journey includes multiple initiatives which are managed simultaneously by a Growth &business development team who needs your support.

We are looking for a G&BD Coordinator to support our existing Growth & Business Development team.As a G&BD Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide administrative support for the effectiveimplementation of G&BD initiatives through continuous coordination and monitoring of initiative deliverables until their completion. You will be in charge of organising business activities as well asreporting the progress, issues and other items as required.

What will you be doing?

  • Support G&BD Director, and Senior G&BD Manager(s) with day to day tasks including planning& execution, financial support, initiatives reviews and general administration
  • Prepare meetings/workshops and distribute minutes to all involved team members
  • Monitor, track and report on risks and issues of assigned initiatives
  • Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestonesand manage stakeholder relationships
  • Collecting and analysing information or data associated with the initiative(s) and provide results
