The Hatch Featured (Beta) program is only just getting started, so we'll continue to improve and expand the way we recognise Hatch Featured members into the future. At launch, there are two main ways for community members to become featured.
If you have been shortlisted for a role by an employer on Hatch, you’ll automatically become a Hatch Featured member.
Outside of this, the Hatch People Science Team often support Hiring Managers by shortlisting candidates on their behalf. In this case, you'll also be considered 'shortlisted' and as a result, featured on Hatch.
