A standard shortlist is between 6 and 12 people, depending on the quality and volume of applications and the number of positions you’re hiring for. Assessment for a Shortlist will take place for a maximum of 4 weeks (30 days) from the date the role is ‘live’ (when the first candidate’s application is received by Hatch).

No, Shortlist credits currently have no expiry date. You can purchase these now at a discount of 10% with the comfort of being able to use them when you need to.
You are able to pay via credit card or via invoice (with 14 day payment terms). In addition to this we also accept BECS Direct Debit.
If you choose to pay-as-you-go you will receive an invoice for each Shortlist. If you would like to pay for multiple Shortlists at once, we recommend pre-purchasing these to avoid needing to process multiple invoices.
If you choose to pay via credit card you will be charged once you have provided your card details at the checkout page and clicked ‘Pay’. If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent to your nominated billing contact once the Shortlist is delivered.
