About the role

This role is to support the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. We communicate with our customers using a few different channels like email, push messages, in-app notifications, landing pages and SMS.

We work closely with our Marketing teams and support different parts of the business like Everyday Rewards, eCommerce and Financial Services. We talk to our customers about all elements of Woolworths, like our supermarkets, BIG W promotions, BWS and a lot of other partners.

If you're a Woolworths customer who shops online or an Everyday Rewards member, you probably have seen a lot of digital promotions that you would work on in this role.


Entry Level (including Interns/Graduates)

A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.



Create, modify, and enhance user experiences using HTML and CSS language

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.



Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals

Critical thinking

Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight

Attention to detail

Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
