Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to generate appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls to cold leads to generate new business
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers ensuring relevant questions are asked to uncover their needs
  • Conduct online research on potential customers
  • Data entry into in-house/external systems and CRM
  • Overcome objections effectively and in a friendly manner
  • Complete screen share meetings and product demonstrations ensuring key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met
  • Reach out to potential clients through such media channels such as Facebook or LinkedIn
  • Ad hoc tasks and provide assistance and backup to team members as required to ensure the successful operation of the Company
  • Any other duties as reasonably required by the Company that you are skilled and capable of performing

WHS Responsibilities: Employees will:

  • Keep their workplace safe, clean and tidy
  • Report all hazards, near misses, incidents and injuries to their Manager
  • Participate in workplace safety meetings if required
  • Participate in the development and review of safe procedures if required and comply with those procedures
  • Attend WHS training if requested and apply what is learnt in the workplace
  • Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) when provided
  • Undertake rehabilitation and Return to Work program requirements, if injured

Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Proven track record achieving sales KPI’s
  • Minimum of 12 months sales experience
  • A consultative approach to sales and customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly phone manner
  • Highly confident both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to quickly build rapport
  • Perseverance, resilience and a desire to overcome objections
  • A strong team player
  • The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management

    Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads

    Outbound Prospecting

    Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

    Lead Qualification

    Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework
