About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Telstra’s Customer Event Centre in Sydney. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management and production of events, delivering unparalleled experiences to our Enterprise customers.

Plan, execute and analyze market and user research activities from various sources, and identify patterns and trends to make design recommendations

Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience

Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
