About the role
As the Retention Marketing Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and assessing the impact of initiatives with the objective of improving member experience, satisfaction and tenure.

Plan, execute and analyze market and user research activities from various sources, and identify patterns and trends to make design recommendations

Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience
