About the role
As the Learning Consultant, you will source, curate, develop and deliver learning solutions, programs and evaluations across varied learning digital technology and delivery formats. You will consult and provide subject matter expertise in the solution design of capability and learning initiatives.

Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs

Learning Design and Execution
Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs

Learning and Development Strategy Development
Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
