About the role
The Opportunity As an Implementation Executive, you are responsible for the media buying and stewardship of the overall media implementation process. You will play an important role in the delivery of complex and innovative campaigns across all channels inclusive of offline and online media. Specifically, this will include fully understanding briefs, setting up campaigns, trading in multiple platforms, and doing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and delivery. Your deliverables are always of the highest quality and completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will constantly push for better client results, a leading-edge product, and will mentor junior team members.

- Bring all your media trading knowledge to the forefront to help grow our talented team and take them to the next level. Participate in training & development plans for your team to enable the delivery of award winning and value creating campaigns for clients and OMD.
- Work alongside leaders in your team to help solve complex business problems for our clients. Be in the room to watch, listen and learn.
- Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity and read between the lines with the strategic insights at your fingertips. Your world doesn't just end with media– you will work at the cutting edge of innovation with leading technology vendors and Australia's largest media owners.
- A skilled time and resource manager, you will lead by example in prioritising what's most important and coaching junior team members to ensure the delivery of high quality work across your portfolio of clients.
- Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders. Including but not limited to Managers, Directors, Heads of Department & client leads. If you're ready you can have every opportunity to present deliverable work and strategy to your team, the client or the broader Implementation community to share knowledge.
