How will I help?

Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists and support teams, and we’re committed to offering deep industry expertise to our commercial customers. Westpac’s Commercial Property Team is a significant contributor to the performance of Westpac’s Business Bank. We support commercial property investors and developers across all sectors throughout Queensland.

As a Senior Relationship Manager in this space, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and sourcing new clients through your own and Westpac-developed marketing initiatives and by maintaining a quality referral network. You’ll ensure our customer’s needs are met and give them a great experience.

It’s a high touch role that gives you the chance to work with a heap of different specialists across the bank.

What do I need?

We’re looking for a seasoned relationship manager with ambition and a good energy! With a genuine interest in property and the ability to structure construction and investment transactions with confidence, you’ll have a strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring. A natural people-person, you’ll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
