About the role
About The Team The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We're dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.
Responsibilities - Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle including visa matters, process improvements and data & insights; - Provide support and knowledge to the business for the entire employee lifecycle; - Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and continually work on the enhancement of employee lifecycle processes; - Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA and other HR Operations team members and be a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders; - Build and develop strong and lasting stakeholder relationships with key departments across the business by providing accurate, timely and appropriate advice.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 3 years of experience in HR operations; - Experience with employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding); - Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications - Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues; - High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics; - Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must to be part of a strong and united team across the APAC region.
