The role:
- This role specifically partners with two of the largest divisions to deliver value adding HR practices to the Australian business
- Drive cultural and engagement initiatives across the business
- Lead engaging people and culture projects across the entire business
- Partner with inspiring business leaders to truly understand business needs, in order to drive people initiatives
- Support the full employment life cycle and prioritise talent management in the business
- Enable the business to achieve profitability and success through effective people management
- Facilitate training programs to improve leadership and other essential skills
- Develop and implement HR best practice initiatives Desired Skills and Experience
The person:
- Several years of HR generalist experience as well as experience managing up and building on leadership experience
- An experienced HR practitioner with effective ER processes and diligence
- Track record of influencing managers to achieve business results
- Experience in developing and facilitating training initiatives
- Strong communicator, good listener and a decisive decision maker
- Proactive, adaptable and have a flexible attitude as this business moves fast and is constantly changing
- Tertiary HR qualification
