About the role

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll assist the Project Manager with coordinating projects, managing schedules, documentation, and stakeholder relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Coordinate schedules, track progress, and maintain project documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support risk assessments, quality management, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance.
