As a Project Coordinator, you'll assist the Project Manager with coordinating projects, managing schedules, documentation, and stakeholder relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate schedules, track progress, and maintain project documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support risk assessments, quality management, and procurement activities.
- Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance.
