With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the MPA team.

About the role

Your role As part of the experienced and knowledgeable Service team, you will be an integral part of our small works, warranty, and maintenance service offering and the MPA client for life philosophy.

Reporting into the Head of Service, you will be responsible for the coordination and onsite management of warranty remediations, completing minor repair tasks, scheduling, and supervising programmed works to completion. You will coordinate site inspections with subcontractors and clients, and manage warranty contracts, ensuring all related documentation is completed and to standard.   About you Coming from a similar role in the Construction, Maintenance, or Facilities Services you will ideally have a trade background with proven experience in managing maintenance requests, supervising subcontractors across a range of trades, and working to service level agreements. In this client facing role, you will have the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, ensuring issues are managed to contractual obligations and client satisfaction is maintained. You will be a highly organised person, with a proven ability to manage compliance databases.
