We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the team. This key strategic role will support our go to market strategy and execution to drive traffic and new customers to amazon stores. The ideal candidate is able to navigate ambiguity on a daily basis, build and execute a go to market strategy that delivers traffic at scale, and action data driven insights in real-time as we learn more about our customers. This role requires the ability to build strong working relationships both across the team (Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) and across key Traffic & Events stakeholders. The right candidate is able to force multiply at scale with partner teams.
Key job responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement - Create and optimize promotional content that resonates with local markets - Design and execute data-driven experiments to enhance traffic and conversion - Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement strategic marketing placements - Manage homepage merchandising and coordinate with global teams on marketing alignment
A day in the life You'll start your day reviewing performance metrics and coordinating with team members across different time zones. You might brainstorm new promotional strategies, analyze customer engagement data, or collaborate with design teams on upcoming campaigns. You'll participate in strategic planning sessions and work closely with various stakeholders to implement and optimize marketing initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
