About the role
You’ll be at the heart of a business committed to pushing boundaries on brands like Carlton, VB & Schweppes - whether that’s launching the next big thing in beer or reimagining the non-alcohol category. This is your chance to help create the future of beverages in Australia. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of innovation projects across owned and partner brands — ideation, development, commercialisation, and post-launch review.
- Own a category-specific pipeline (Alcohol or Non-Alcohol), aligned to our long-term portfolio strategy and bold growth ambitions.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Insights, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners to bring disruptive products to life.
- Inspire and lead cross-functional project teams, managing resources, timelines, and gate process governance.
- Evaluate performance and continuously improve how we innovate — from concept to consumer.
** ** About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Innovation, Brand Management, or Commercial roles in FMCG.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a deep understanding of consumers and category strategy.
- Proven project leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- A blend of creative thinking and process discipline — you know when to colour outside the lines and when to keep things moving.
- Passion for bold ideas, with the confidence to lead change and influence stakeholders at every level.
