About the role

About the role This role provides a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners to achieve client and organisational objectives. The role covers a variety of typical legal support duties optimally carried out using a forward thinking approach and initiative.

  • Executive level one on one support across 2 Partners and wider team of lawyers
  • Inbox and email management
  • Diary management, including organising internal and external client meetings and arranging flights and accommodation
  • Prepare, coordinate and review high level communication including correspondence and advices
  • Monthly billing, including ensuring that client SLA's and specific billing requirements are followed
  • Attending to client and matter queries, including matter inception tasks
  • Administrative tasks related to business development activities
  • Ability to develop excellent working relationships with external/internal clients
  • All other ad hoc duties as required.

About you You have a track record of providing legal or administrative support carried out to a high standard and you bring the following key skills and attributes (noting that not all of the below are essential):

  • 3 years' legal admin or professional services experience
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
  • Superior attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and service excellence with clear and concise communication
  • Flexibility to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • Experience with Elite 3E, Chrome River, iManage will be highly regarded
  • A positive attitude to work, and an adaptable and collaborative approach

    Conduct legal and factual research to collate findings, and inform business and legal decisions.

    Review laws and standards to implement, update and maintain the organization’s policies, standards, and procedures.

    Advise on the whole spectrum of legal matters that apply to the business and its offerings.
