About the role

A little taste of your day to day

  • You’ll make sure all our conferences, meetings and events run successfully and memorable acting as both brand ambassador and trusted partner – you’ll connect internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for hosts and meeting attendees
  • Build long term relationship with clients and hosts to increase loyalty for return business
  • Facilitate tours of event spaces 
  • At pre-event planning stage consult with clients and hosts to optimise all elements of the event including room setup, break flow, menu, audio visual 
  • Meet with hosts and clients on the day of the event to provide a personalised approach
  • Conduct post-event meetings with clients and colleagues to identify improvements for ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional the guest experience

    What we need from you

  • Knowledgeable of the Holiday Inn services and associated brand standards
  • Be meticulously organised planning your day ahead, with exceptional time management skills and pro-active approach to spontaneous requests following up and tasks through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with varied audiences
  • System savvy using Delphi and Meeting Broker
  • Unlimited valid full time right to work in Australia, sponsorship is not available
  • Flexibility to work at times after business hours and weekends when required to support the business requirements
