Amazon is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager in our team to help support our Existing Selling Partners to grow on Amazon. You'll join a high performing, learning-orientated, analytical team, who are motivated to work hard, have fun, and make history.
The successful candidate will combine Account Management with strategic thinking, and a hands-on attitude to guide Selling Partners to become successful on Amazon through the right product selection offering, delivery programs, digital marketing and promotions.
The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for using feedback from Selling Partners to identify opportunities to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems and tools. They'll possess strong negotiation and analytical skills, together with proven commercial nous. The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task is a must, together with excellent project management skills and laser sharp attention to detail. They must also be an effective communicator, working with some of Amazon.com.au’s most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and cross-functional leaders. ________________________________________________

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.
Key job responsibilities - Build and nurture relationships with strategic Selling Partners - Guide partners through product selection, delivery programs, and marketing initiatives - Analyze market trends and partner feedback to enhance Amazon's services and tools - Develop and implement growth strategies for partner accounts - Collaborate across teams to improve processes and systems
A day in the life You'll connect with Selling Partners to understand their needs and help them succeed on Amazon's platform. Your day might include consulting on product strategy, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with Product Management and Tech teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying companies or equivalent - Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
