What role will you play?

Our Digital HQ platform team is looking for a Support Analyst role supporting Digital HQ tools such as Slack and Atlassian tools. Your role will have significant contribution to uplifting our team’s productivity and collaboration.

What You Offer

* As a Support Analyst, you will be working within the Digital HQ platform and will be administering Digital HQ tools, mainly Slack and Atlassian tools * Experience supporting Slack and Atlassian tools in an enterprise organisation is preferred but not essential * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Inquisitive, open minded and challenge the status quo where required * Self motivated with a high level of accountability and the ability to drive successful outcomes
