About the role
What this opportunity involves: The Concierge Officer - Workplace Experience is responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors across the clients' facilities. This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a fixed-term contract until June 2026. Snapshot of the role:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
- Issue access cards to visitors while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Engage visitors and employees in a professional and helpful manner.
- Provide courteous escort services for VIP visitors to executive levels.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
- Serve as a central point of contact for campus information and wayfinding.
- Support the transition to electronic Visitor Management Systems.
- Monitor and maintain the lobby to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Assist in planning and executing experience activations in the workplace.
- Collaborate on workplace initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Coordinate across teams to prepare for meetings and events efficiently.
- Create work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
- Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure operational continuity.
- Support the triage of service tickets through appropriate systems.
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - 3-5 years experience in customer service, security, hospitality, or workplace services
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and visitor management systems
- Flexible and positive attitude with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- First aid and CPR certification a plus!
- Experience in corporate or multi-tenant building environments or Tertiary qualifications in hospitality, facilities management, or related fields are desirable
