About the role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced change specialist who can work both at a strategic level and in hands-on delivery. You will lead a team of specialist change practitioners who support communication and learning for our largest and most important transformation programs in Business & Wealth. This is a dynamic role with great variety – as well as leading a high-performing team, you will provide strategic change communication advice for our risk and regulatory portfolio and support our senior transformation leaders on their special projects and internal communication.

What will I be working on? (Role and responsibilities) You will be supported to work across various deliverables including:

  • Leading a team of Instructional Designers who deliver bespoke learning experiences for our change programs
  • Proving communication advisory and consultation to change programs
  • Delivering communication strategy and engagement plans
  • Developing key messages for internal and external stakeholders through a multi-channel approach.
  • Delivering All-In team events with live streaming
  • Enhancing our online content. Experience working in OBi is valuable
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of change communications and driving continuous improvement.
