About the role

Join our Enterprise division within Macquarie Asset Management as a Staff Investments Business Analyst in the fund management team. The team is responsible for establishing and managing the staff investment capability for the private market’s businesses in Macquarie Asset Management.

What role will you play?

You will support the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Staff Investment funds. You will liaise with internal teams including legal, tax, fund management, compliance, operations, and external service providers to ensure successful establishment and management of feeder funds. You will also be responsible for execution of operational requirements for fund launches, including investor mailbox management, drafting required documentation and new entity setup processes with external administrators.

What You Offer

* 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, audit or assurance role * Strong understanding of investment products and fund structures * Experience in financial services and/or asset management * Collaborative and proactive problem-solving approach.
