Job Description
About You We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end processing of high-volume, complex orders, with a focus on Cisco products and solutions.
What you will do in the role
- Process and manage high-volume Cisco product orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track order status, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate records in order management systems.
- Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders regarding order progress.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience What you will need to succeed in the role
- Experience in order processing, preferably in a high-volume, complex environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and proficient with Excel.
- Familiarity with Cisco’s ordering ecosystem or similar tech vendor processes will be advantageous, although not essential.
- Experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) or similar platforms will be highly regarded, although not essential.
- Understanding of technology product lifecycles and channel/reseller environments is desirable.
