About the role
The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic People Operations & Talent Associate to join our People Experience (PX) team for a 12-month parental leave coverage. This fixed-term opportunity is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in a leading organization. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our employee experience.
What You'll Do (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
** Drive People Operations Excellence** • Lead the delivery of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes • Manage critical compliance activities including annual background checks and audits • Create and process essential documentation including contracts, position updates, and employment variations • Provide first-line HR advisory support to employees and managers on policies and procedures • Support basic performance management processes, escalating complex matters appropriately • Partner with PX Business Partners to deliver integrated people solutions • Drive continuous improvement in people processes and service delivery • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance across all activities
** Champion Systems & Data** • Be the go-to expert for our HR systems and data management • Drive continuous improvement in our digital HR processes • Conduct meaningful data analysis to provide valuable business insights • Ensure seamless integration of HR systems throughout the employee journey
** Support Talent Acquisition** • Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their talent needs • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with end-to-end recruitment processes • Drive an exceptional candidate experience through the recruitment process • Contribute to exciting recruitment events and initiatives
