About the role
The Administration officer is responsible for ensuring activities completed complies with agreed procedures, priorities and meets service levels. The position will require the completion of daily key responsibilities noted as opening, scanning, indexing and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail including member account maintenance, processing simple member registry tasks and general administrative support as required.

- Administrative duties including scanning and indexing incoming mail
- Distribution of outgoing mail
- Processing basic member registry tasks
- Provide administrative support for the team
- Monitor and track requests
- Perform general administrative task
What you will bring:
- Ideally you have experience in an Administration role
- Attention to detail and adherence to processes and procedures
- Experience working with Microsoft word and excel
- Willingness to learn
- A can do attitude and the ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a diverse team environment
- Demonstrated drive and commitment towards attaining the highest possible standards
