HUGO BOSS is seeking a detail-oriented team player with a passion for e-commerce and logistics. Reporting to the Regional Head of E-Commerce, the E-Commerce Order Management Coordinator will be based in our Cremorne office, serving as the Australia support office.

What you can expect:

* Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing and shipping logistics. * Coordinate with fulfillment partners and logistics providers for accurate order fulfillment, including managing returns. * Collaborate with the logistics team to forecast expected orders and units, supporting brand.com requirements. * Continuously optimize e-commerce processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. * Work closely with the Customer Care team to implement strategies that boost customer satisfaction and retention. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and product availability promptly and professionally. * Ensure essential packaging materials for customer order fulfillment are always in stock. * Monitor e-commerce processes and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders. * Analyze service level agreements (SLAs) and create reports based on business needs. * Initiate and drive data-based decisions and process enhancements.

Your profile:

* 2+ years of experience in an E-commerce role * Strong understanding of customer needs and impacts for satisfaction. * Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and partners. * Energetic, passionate, and creative, challenging the status quo. * Degree in business, logistics, or related fields (desirable) * Proficiency in order management systems (SAP desirable)
