What role will you play?

As a Martech leader within our Banking and Financial Services division, you will develop and execute our strategy for the entire Martech ecosystem. You will lead the digital bank’s Martech team, working in partnership with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders to bring Martech platforms, key programs, and impactful solutions to life. Your role will involve implementing and optimising marketing automation platforms to drive personalised, automated, and data-powered customer journeys at scale.

What You Offer

* Strong track record in marketing technology roles, implementing complex Martech stacks and best practice solutions in fast-paced organisations. * Extensive hands-on experience within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, and Experience Manager Assets. * Proficiency in data analytics, enabling segmentation, personalisation, decisioning, and omni-channel journeys to drive engagement and conversion. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and tailor messaging to resonate with team members, peers, and executives. * Proven leadership ability to drive and elevate team performance, mentor junior talent, and inspire cross-functional collaboration across teams.
