About the role

Our Banking and Financial Services team will provide you with the opportunity to use innovative approaches to automation testing and continuous delivery. We are continually improving our delivery practices, with quality being core to our culture. Join our team to build new automation frameworks and enhance the quality of our products. We are building a new capability from scratch to automate all testing across our Core Platforms.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Quality Engineer in our team, you will champion quality across multiple applications and products. Your responsibilities will include improving quality practices, focusing on test automation, and developing automation test frameworks and tools. You will help shape our automation testing and quality strategy, covering multiple teams and domains. Additionally, you will mentor and guide other Quality Engineers to enable best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.

What You Offer

* Leadership capabilities to mentor, guide, and provide direction to other Quality Engineers, proactively identify and address quality risks, and report on metrics to measure the quality of deliveries. * Experience with automated integration, API, and UI/Web testing, including best practices and tools such as Rest * Assured, Postman, SoapUI, Karate, Playwright, and WebdriverIO. * Agile mindset and a keen interest in software engineering across a variety of technologies, with the ability to incorporate test automation into CI/CD processes. * Expertise in performance testing with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner, and the ability to provide direction at scale across the organization. * Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerizing automation execution in ondemand environments as part of a shift-left testing strategy. * Strong collaboration skills, working closely with developers and other engineers throughout the software development lifecycle, and contributing to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
