About the role
We’re looking for Data Analyst who is curious, proactive and driven to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge data tools like Databricks, Azure, and Power BI while gaining hands-on experience with our data warehouse and property data. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering insights that drive business decisions. From day one, you’ll be involved in key projects, including reporting for the operations and finance teams, working with stakeholders in the Build-to-Rent space, and supporting ESG initiatives. Your key responsibilities:
- Getting hands-on experience with SQL, data pipelines, and analytical cubes
- Extracting and structuring data from our warehouse for reporting and insights
- Collaborating with teams to provide meaningful business insights
- Working on deliverables using Scrum and Jira to track progress
- Supporting ongoing improvements and documentation using Confluence
- Engaging in transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Taking advantage of our training budget and opportunities to explore AI applications
What you bring:
- A degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong foundational SQL skills and familiarity with Power BI
- Exposure to Databricks, Azure (or a willingness to learn)
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative setting
- Someone with a keen interest in process improvement and data-driven transformation
