We’re looking for a high-performing, driven sales professional to take our ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) business to the next level across Sydney Metro and NSW South. If you’re a natural hunter with a track record of smashing sales targets, building lasting relationships, and closing complex deals—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with surgeons and hospitals
- Manage a full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – across multiple stakeholders
- Provide hands-on clinical support and product expertise in surgical environments
- Build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders and surgical teams
- Drive commercial strategy and sales growth across your territory
Who You Are
- A top-performing sales pro with 3+ years in medical devices, pharma, or similar
- Strategic and confident, with the presence to influence and close at all levels
- Comfortable selling into complex healthcare environments with multiple decision-makers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented – you thrive in fast-paced, high-performance settings
- Passionate about improving healthcare and ready to own your career
