About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute the product strategy to support small business owners to go live and acquire leads. Help business owners in different industries to establish a healthy business model via marketing on TikTok Live, and contribute to a high-quality live content ecosystem. 2. Research to fully understand the core operation activities in different industries. Identify and capture opportunities combining a solid understanding of live scenarios. Come up with industry leading product solutions for go-live tools, traffic recommendation algo, lead generation tools, marketing tools and so on. 3. Building a clear data oriented framework to understand our business performance and its key factors: Define reasonable data measurement indicators for measuring the SMB ecosystem. Continuously monitor and explore the efficiency and logic optimization of various functional modules, and constantly innovate product models and business solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross functional team efficiently to land important features, promote them, and to maintain a healthy content ecosystem: Establish efficient workflow with cross functional teams across the global. Collaborate with operations, security, strategy, and other teams to promote product usecases. Secure the cold start and scaling of new business models. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, able to use English as a working language. - Around 5 years of work experience, in the space of Product Management. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Strong ability to handle pressure and solve complex problems. - Good understanding of data and strong logical thinking ability. Curiosity and strong self-drive are necessary. - Global perspective and enthusiasm, continuously paying attention to global internet products.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with live streaming products, entertainment products, content creation platforms, e-commerce platform etc.
