Overview of our role As a Project Manager, you will guide a high-performing delivery team of engaged professionals, ensuring value delivery to our customers and Jemena. Collaborating within the Digital team, you'll proactively connect with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and relevant colleagues across the organisation. Your role involves managing technology initiatives from their initial stages through to successful implementation, prioritising tasks based on team capacity and capabilities, and maintaining a focus on quality and alignment with established portfolio, methodology, and governance frameworks, as well as meeting regulatory and compliance standards. 

A little about you

  • Successfully delivered complex digital projects, overseeing initiation, planning, execution, and completion within agreed parameters.
  • Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects, adeptly prioritising based on business needs.
  • Coordinated the work and guided the outputs of diverse, cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Managed the acquisition and allocation of resources to meet project demands.
  • Maintained financial oversight of project budgets, tracked and reported costs, and forecasted future expenses.
  • Developed quality project documentation, including plans and reports for governance forums.

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Relevant qualification in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in project delivery, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
  • Understanding of the digital and IT environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, support, and develop others.
  • Highly collaborative with the capacity to influence and build alignment across the organisation.
