About the role
This role performs Learning & Development (L&D) operational, administrative and coordination activities to support the Claims, L&D team to provide customer solutions and interventions for the TAL Claims business unit.

Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs

Learning Design and Execution
Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs

Learning and Development Strategy Development
Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
