About the role
Customer experience is at the heart of what we do, and this starts in the Onboarding stage of the customer journey. We are looking for a passionate customer onboarding specialist to actively drive customer results in our digital-led customer segment!
What you'll be responsible for
Customer Support Team Training
Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives
Customer Support Technology Management
Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high-levels of support
Implementation and Onboarding
Manage the timely setup and implementation of product/service to help customers meet their goals and drive product adoption
