About the role
Based in Sydney, your role will be to co-ordinate and administer all aspects of Ventia Training compliance operations (RTO/ TEO / Ventia Training) focusing on quality learning material, training and assessment methodologies and best practice learner engagement and outcomes in the delivery of training that meets stakeholders’ training needs.
What you'll be responsible for
Learning and Development Coordination
Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs
Learning Design and Execution
Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs
Learning and Development Strategy Development
Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
