About the role
The role of the Digital Coordinator (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is to work directly with Customer Experience Leads (CXL) and Therapy Area teams together with their agencies to plan and execute campaigns in the Novartis production environment, and deliver projects that improve customer experience or operational efficiency across BE&E.

Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project
Program and Project Risk Management
Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact the program or project's success
