About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Macca's as an Assistant Brand Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will play a key role in assisting in the development and execution of the annual marketing plans for the portfolio you will be working on. You will be accountable for the development of strong relationships with internal stakeholders (including Supply, Operations, Equipment and Retail Marketing) and external stakeholders (such as Agencies).

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? 

  • Managing campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring internal alignment through key steps of the business process. Key plans to execute will be various brand building and social media campaigns that will improve long term brand measures
  • Assisting the Senior Brand Manager in briefing, developing and executing the communication plans and managing external agency partners throughout the process
  • Monitoring and being accountable for the efficient and effective spend of marketing budgets across assigned brands/projects
  • Working collaboratively with the Consumer & Business Insights team to monitor and analyse key performance metrics including sales and brand metrics for relevant campaigns
  • Taking initiative in developing own marketing expertise and business skills both through internal and external sources
