About the role

The Role

We are seeking an Investor Contact Centre Associate (Call Campaigns) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be employed on a casual basis to conduct outbound calls to gather shareholder intent regarding general meetings, annual general meetings, and other corporate action activity. On occasion, you may also be required to assist the Investor Services team with ad hoc tasks.

This is a great entry level opportunity to gain experience in financial markets and corporate customer service while working in a supportive team environment!

Please note: the frequency and timing of shifts will vary according to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to Investors 
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to Investors
  • Follow established call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
  • Maintain a professional image for the business

Demonstrated Capabilities

  • Prior customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Previous experience in financial markets is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to show initiative and work independently, while being a team player

What you'll be responsible for

    Conduct outbound calls to investors.

    Make outbound calls to gather shareholder intent regarding general meetings, annual general meetings, and other corporate actions.

    Ensure high service quality and consistency.

    Provide a high level of service quality and consistency by following an established script, adhering to company guidelines, and maintaining a professional image that reflects our business values.

    Support the Investor Services team.

    Assist the Investor Services team with ad hoc tasks as required.
